Kabab Masala.

Kababs are a popular Indian appetizer, usually served with green chutney as a side dish. These flavourful lamb chunks are made with freshly ground whole spices. Traditionally they are cooked in a tandoor (a large clay oven), but most of us cook them on the grill. “Seek” simply means chopsticks or “skewer”.

Seekh kabab can be cooked with any minced meat: chicken, goat, lamb. The meat must be minced in a food processor, combined with seekh kababs and eggs, and then the meat must be wrapped around skewers. All you have to do is heat up the grill!
